From now on you can find the answers to your questions in Ask Student Desk. This is a database which contains frequently asked questions and answers on a wide range of topics. Among others these topics represent administrative issues regarding your university registration, tuition fees, your study progress, and late exam registration.
There are also answers concerning workshops and language courses, and about counselling and advice.
